It doesn't matter where you start.

As you can see, at 18 I was 6'1" and 150 pounds, very skinny and not athletically built. I was lost for a long time because I didn't have knowledge and I didn't know what I had to do.

Over the years, with a lot of practice and constant study, in which I became a personal trainer in the best gyms in the capital, licensed and professionalized in the field of fitness, I experienced for myself what worked and what didn't, and, with all my know-how developed the method that will transform your body in months what I achieved in years.

And now?

 

I'm way beyond what I thought I could achieve. Today, I continue to evolve, and with each new stimulus I put into my body I am in better shape than I ever thought possible for me.

Today, I live in my best body year-round and help all of my students achieve the same.
