Having a strong CORE will allow you to progress in all your strength training exercises. We're going to work every angle of your CORE with this 2-week abs challenge.
Each week we'll work all the muscles in your core, whether it's your lower, side or upper abdominals. Together we'll do 10 recorded workouts!
These will be short, effective workouts to add to your strength training. We'll redefine your core and give your fitness levels a boost.
With my experience to guide you, you can expect to feel more confident and stronger as you step out of your comfort zone to get the results you deserve.
You can add this challenge to your current personalized workout or complete it as a solo challenge. The stronger CORE challenge was created to help you develop a stronger, more defined core.
