If you do not respond to any requested feedback, the follow-up will remain active. In case of injury or another reason that is in agreement with us, we will have the possibility to pause the follow-up.
In case you do not receive the requested feedback in the personalized online follow-up service, we will not continue to send the plans due to the fact that it is a personalized follow-up and we need information to follow up the follow-up. In the case of standard products, the product will be shipped and you will not have any money back option.
